This is a courtesy reminder of your upcoming assessment that will be posted to your account January 1, 2023 and will be due no later than January 31st. If you have already submitted your payment for the assessment, please disregard this notice. For your convenience, we have provided the mailing address and online payment instructions below.

To pay online please go to www.propertypay.cit.com. If you have not already done so, you will need to register to make recurring online payments. One-time payments are also available and registration is not required. You can pay by e-check at no cost to you. Payments may also be made by credit card; however, you will incur an additional convenience fee for selecting this payment method. When making a payment online you will need to enter Management Company ID #3136, Association ID #910, and your 7-digit account number. Please keep this information handy for future payments as well.
