Essex Association Management will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. All web submissions, e-mails, and phone calls will be returned in the order they are received beginning Wednesday, July 5th. In the case of an emergency, please dial 911. Please call (888) 740-2233 should a matter arise, that would require immediate attention or action. Due to the extreme drought conditions and water demand exceeding 90% of the community's average daily water supply for three consecutive days, the City of Anna is entering into Stage 2 Water Restrictions on Monday August 1, 2022 to protect the public water supply and ensure all Anna neighbors have access to adequate volumes of water for use inside the home. *This is a supply issue, not a water quality issue. While the amenities for the community are under construction, the developer has worked with The Bridges Golf Club in Gunter, TX to offer a Premier Golf Membership at a discounted rate available for all homeowners at The Villages of Hurricane Creek. The Membership includes full access to the club including the pool. There is a one-time Initiation/Registration fee of $1,500 and thereafter, monthly dues in the amount of $300 per month. The Bridges Golf Club is located at 2400 Fred Couples Dr, Gunter, TX which is about 14 miles from The Villages of Hurricane Creek. Click Full Story for more information.
